Return & Refund Policy

At Tuin.com.au, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds can be requested, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day return window for most items if you change your mind. To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be new, unopened, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Custom or special order products


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

To initiate a return for a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at info@tuin.com.au within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging

  3. Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions for return or replacement

Return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items will be covered by us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Return Address

We will provide the appropriate return address after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
