At Tuin.com.au, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, we aim to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@tuin.com.au as soon as possible.

  • Include your order number, full name, and contact details in your email.

  • Orders can be cancelled up until 9:00 AM (AEST) on the day of processing. After this time, we may have already begun preparing or shipping your order.

Cut-Off Time for Cancellation:
9:00 AM (GMT+10:00) - Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney Time), Monday to Friday


Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the item under our Returns & Refund Policy, provided it meets the return conditions (unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery).


Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Special Notes

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable, contains pricing errors, or if fraud is suspected. You will be notified promptly in such cases and refunded in full.

  • Custom orders or special order items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
